By coincidence I've stumbled on an article about mass protests in Rumania. Started looking and found several articles (see below). Don't know if the ICC and comrades heard/read about it.
This sites looks very interesting!

Some articles by the big media:

saw a couple of articles in the Guardian I think, but your links are very helpful
PS I've been trying to PM you but your name isn't recognised. Can you send a PM to me first, then I can reply?
I don't understand what you mean. What does PM mean? Post Mail? Is this answer enough?
Here's another article about Rumania from the Austrian paper "Der Standard" (in german), describing a bit of the measures:
http://derstandard.at/1328507045119/Regierung-in-Bukarest-stolpert-ueber...
"20 billion Euro
Since the summer of 2010 the governement Boc has been implementing one of the most drastic austerity packages of the whole EU. Amongst other things the wages have been reduced by a quart and the VAT/sales tax was raised from 19 to 24 percent. To that come meaningfull job cuts and a reform of administrative/bureaucratic organisation as well as a credit agreement with of more of 20 billion Euros with the IMF, the World Bank and the EU. At present a preventive agreement of more than 5,4 billion Euros, accessible in case of emergency, with international financial institutions is running."
PM means Private Message.
Yes - you just click on the 'write new message' box in the right hand column of this page.
You probably already know, but there is a very good informative article about Romania on the ICT website here:

I didn't know about it. Thank you, Fred.
