ICC back online after server outage
During the last few days, our readers will have noticed that our web site has been subject to unavailability and unexpected extended down time. This is due to an increase of traffic over the last few months, which ended up by exceeding the capacity of out server. We are in the process of migrating all our sites over to a new, more powerful server. The work of rebuilding our sites is still ongoing and will oblige us from time to time to shut down for maintenance. We apologise in advance, and thank comrades for their patience!

Well, we'll have to see how effective this is. In principle the way it works is as follows: the service checks to see if it thinks you are spam. If it thinks you are spam, then it blocks the post. If it is not sure then it presents you with a Captcha (the little five-character image you are asked to fill in). So all being well it will both catch the spammers and make it less irritating to post!
